How do I purchase artwork from our online gallery?

To purchase artwork, simply browse our website and select the piece you're interested in. Click on the artwork to view more details and click the "Buy it now" or "Add to Cart" button. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase securely. Please note that for regulatory purposes all orders are processed in Namibian Dollars (NAD). While items in your cart are in your local currency, you will checkout using NAD using the latest exchange rate.

How do you handle shipping?

We take great care in packaging and shipping your artwork. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the size, weight, and destination. During the checkout process, the shipping cost will be displayed before you finalize your purchase. For larger items we kindly request you to contact us before making the purchase to receive a shipping quote as these will be shipped via sea freight.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. However, please note that customs fees, taxes, and duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Our insurance coverage ensures that you are protected in the unfortunate event of complete loss which means that if your artwork is lost or goes missing during transit, we will provide full compensation for the value of the artwork. Our insurance coverage does not extend to partial damage.

What is your return policy?

At this time, we do not offer a return policy for our artwork. We encourage all customers to carefully review the artwork details, including dimensions, materials, and images, before making a purchase decision. If you have any questions about a specific artwork or would like to see more pictures or videos, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Do you offer framing services?

Currently, we do not offer framing services. However, some of the artworks do come with frames for a convenient and ready-to-display experience. The product descriptions for each artwork will specify whether it includes a frame or not. We do however recommend shipping most of our artwork without frames as it significantly reduces shipping costs.
